The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was great - just a short walk to the beach. There were also some useful amenities offered, like free Wi-Fi and a TV in the room. It was great to be in such a vibrant location for the new year celebrations.
The hotel was a complete disaster. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the hot water was barely functional - taking a shower was nearly impossible.

The location was convenient, with the common area and beach nearby. the unpleasant smell around the hotel was not ideal. the room was spacious with a decent view, though the bathroom had low water pressure. Service was mediocre - staff were proactively charge you extra, but they would eventually honour the online rate. the breakfast and elevator were non-existent, but you could access them in the nearby shops. it was an adequate location for a short stay.
Several people arrived to find the hotel was not operational and their money was not refunded. It seems like a common scam in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the city center was perfect with easy transportation access to the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive with amenities that allowed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything is what we need and want.
